In 1978 Rick Bowman and Bob Ferguson of A-1 Barricade & Sign, Inc.(formerly A-1 Rental Sales and Service Inc.) were the first Coloradoans to be certified by the American Traffic Safety Services Assn. as Certified Worksite Traffic Supervisors.
